During my research I found that the Silk Route was not just
one route but a whole network of interconnected routes.

It was while conducting this research that I also uncovered a
whole host of valuable information that I was not able to include
in the book.

So, as not to let it lie unused, I have written an alternate ending
which I have made freely available here.
The story deviates from the book from Chapter 34 onwards.

Simply download the PDFs and read on!

Enjoy!

This is a wonderful blend
of fact and fiction, putting
flesh on the dry bones of
history, demonstrating the
insatiable restless human
desire for discovery,

EXCELLENT! The book
tells a story that
captures the reader
on several levels.
What appears to be
an historical novel
becomes an adventure
set in a background of
rich experiences and
wide diversity.

Legend... is a thoroughly
enjoyable book.
Why do I recommend it?
Well, one obvious reason is
that it has Vikings and
Vikings are always cool!
